• Deadline for Early-bird Registration: October 15, 2017 (Extended to October 30, 2017)
• Last Day for Cancellation of Registration with 75% Refund: October 15, 2017 (Extended to October 30, 2017)
• Deadline for Regular Registration:  November 15, 2017 (Extended to November 20, 2017)

Registration fee

– 2017.09.07: Thanks to financial support from sponsors, we are pleased to announce new registration fees as appended below.

Registration fee includes:

1. Lunches.
2. Banquet.
3. Drinking water.
4. Refreshment breaks.
5. The conference program book.
6. Transportation from pick-up location to International University and vice versa.
7. Transportation from pick-up location to the banquet location and vice versa.

Fee for accompanying persons:

1. Banquet ticket: 700.000 VND (31 USD) / person
2. Lunch ticket: 350.000 VND (16 USD) / meal

How to register

This session is currently closed.

Confirmation

Registration will be accepted ONLY upon received of payment. Registration acknowledgement will be sent to your email after the completion of your online registration. The letter of registration acceptance will be sent to your email after we receive your full payment. Please make sure that your email does not filter us.

Cancellation

All cancellation and refund request must be done by writing an email to our secretary (Ms. Nhi: ntynhi@hcmiu.edu.vn) before October 30, 2017. After the deadline, no fee will be refunded. All refund will be done after the conference has ended (December 15, 2017).
